As a requirement in Event Management, fourth year Hotel and Restaurant Management students shaped another trademark in culinary expertise as they organized the first ever food bazaar at the HRM Laboratory last August 27.

Promoting the whole college to more clients, the activity exposed the skills of pre-service cooks, hoteliers, attendants and managers. Wilmark Espiritu, the president of the block, is so much grateful to the success of the event. The long and strict preparation came to its victory as their costumers gave positive remarks.

Students and faculty members tasted the 14 special dishes including their very own Meatballs, Spice Chicken and Baked Bangus.

The event was spearheaded and supervised by Ms. Gleness Apias, adviser.
